older teal Subaru with exhaust in London Bridge crossing area in the Food Lion parking lot. kind of chubby kid driving. shaved head.

yes, that's the kid. everytime I pass him, or see him in the parking lot he revs hard...I just laugh and keep driving, not impressed.
today I honked and shot him the thumbs down out the window, when he did it this morning. I just wasn't in the mood. haha
