Does it happen when you push the clutch in as stated above? Do you have an aftermarket intake?
If so you're experiencing turbulence around the MAF/Intake.
You need the two splash shields, one that covers the bottom of the bumper, and the other that attaches to the aftermarket intake itself.
If you're still having these issues you can look into the flower pot mod.
