Holy fucking illiteracy.
1-Make sure there is proper fuel pressure at the rail.Why did you replace the pump/filter?
2-Check for ignition.No need to hurt a friend by making them hold a screwdriver.Either use a test plug or pull a plug out of the head to use.
3-Does the check engine light cycle on when turning the key on?Any codes?
