Is the boot missing off of your shift fork?-slave cylinder pushes against it... If that's missing, you probably took water into your clutch housing and ruined either the clutch and/or throwout bearing, like Fabrik8 said.

So after further inspection I decided to put it in gear and start it up, the clutch made a clunking sound and now it will go into every gear fine, the pedal feels softer than it did before, I'm gonna try some bleeding on it later today, do you guys think Maby it could be my pressure plate acting up ?

Whatever it is that's seized, etc., is probably still not quite right. You're going to have to tear into it and see what needs to be done, because it's probably not going to fix itself.

Agreed, I've got my money on either the throw out bearing or flywheel bearing Thanks for the help guys

you might have had a pressure plate bolt back out and catch the the flywheel and after repeated attempts the bolt might had backed all the way out and is now sitting on the bottom of your trans case

Possibly but this is a very slight whine almost like when an idler pully goes bad or somthing but I cant find the location because the noise is so faint, it doesn't matter if the clutch pedal is pushed im or not and it seems to be louder at lower rpms between 2-3 k

Wouldnt it not make the noise unless the clutch pedal was pushed in?

If it just started doing that, I'd suspect that water has displaced the grease in the bearing and is causing wear, or that the bearing is worn because it was unable to disengage properly because of the stickiness we've already talked about. Like many things, this isn't an easy problem to diagnose over the internet.
