ls/vtec? good for turbo?
if you want all motor, ls/vtec. if you want turbo ls.
someone said it best in another thread, dont waste your money on a b16....theyre still torqueless pieces of shit.

hell yeh b16's are only good.....when the head is on a built ls block......or the b16 motor is worked and built bigger for all motor.
turbo ls....thats how ide go. (not that i would EVER do that lol)

id go ls/vtec turbo... wait was that a choice... id go ls, holds more potential if your not a baller, but b16s can be dope to.... what are your plans? and how much loot are you playing with?

B16 first choice. Make more power with less boost. Better flowing head, better rod stroke ratio,etc... LS/Vtec is a good choice if done the RIGHT way. Which in turn would probally cost more money than the b16. I would say a b16 with a b18c1(gsr) bottom end. With the b16 head on that block itwould yield the C/R to about 9:8:1 or 9:5:1 something like that. You get a bigger displacement, much better rod to stroke ratio and a better flowing head.
