Because a friend of my sister's boyfriend's brother's cousin twice removed told him that he heard of a guy on a honda forum who said that his engine builder had heard "better sleeve it if your gonna go na b20 vtec"

Re: B16...neeed more power.
Help me out. I want atleast a 13 second, high 12 crx.'
I already plan to convert to obd-1, get ARP rod bolts and headstuds, the Golden Eagle Ls/Vtec conversion kit and a tune.
I've heard of people shotpeening the LS rods and using p30 pistons?
also
I already have Crower springs and retainers, Dc sports 4-1 header, ITR intake manifold and I will get a port and polish.
What headgasket should I go with ?

Re: B16...neeed more power.
just get an ls block with a set of p30 pistons with some springs and retainers and some pro ones you could make anywhere from 185-200 whp depending on yoru header and intake manifold. a stock ls headgasket will do but i run a cometic. with a diff and some good tires you will be deep in the 13's.
Or...
Just buy Wisepanda's CRX and run 13s..

I'd love too, but amazingly, I'm not rich. haha.
Yeah, I've read up on honda-tech http://www.honda-tech.com/zerothread/1676914
and it says absolutely nothing about sleeving it.
I don't think the comments in here about the motors being un-reliable are true, especially if they are done right.
