and it says absolutely nothing about sleeving it.
I don't think the comments in here about the motors being un-reliable are true, especially if they are done right.

Get a good set of cams. A good header. And the supporting mods for the camshafts. And a good intake manifold. Take it down to a tuner and lay down some power.
Don't over cam your motor. Research your camshaft.
IMO it's better to do that so it's easier for you to get a trans with no grinds. I've yet to ride in a car of that year(cable trans) that didn't have a grind.

12:1 forged piston. Some eagle rods or arp rod bolts. Take your crank down to get mic'd and buy the recommended bearings.

Update.
Motor doesn't have a rod knock
It was just the timing belt slapping against the timing cover.
The motor is perfectly sound now. I can't decide what to do...
170 compression all the way across.

I have to call(cough cough)bullshit!!! Dude I've had a few n2o powered b-16's and they never held more than a 150 shot and that was only a few times spraying it than I blew the sleeve out...125 they'll hold for awhile then kiss the rings good bye....Hey bro why not just boost the motor you have now you'll be very happy with the power you'll make and you know whats done to the motor and how bad it's been beat on...You don't know what you'll get from someone else....and tell juni to call me when you see him again tell him it's pecasht...he'll know who it is....thanks dude
