You should probably double check the pinout. Pretty much all of the OBD1 Hondas have the same base ECU pinout so there will be nothing on the knock sensor input of a P28 unless the ECU has been modified internally to do something else. That's highly unlikely.

Hey guy, try this too lol
The TW sensor is a temperature dependant resistor (thermistor). The resistance of the thermistor decreases as the coolant temperature increases as shown.
The Check Engine warning light may come on, indicating a system problem, when, in fact, there is a poor or intermittent electrical connection. First, check the electrical connections, clean or repair connections if necessary.
P.S. Now you can thank me hahaha and don't mind the D16, D15 stuff B's are the same
