i've tuned a number of these and havent had sleeve problems yet *knock on wood* on boost as high as 15-17psi on 57trim t04e turbos.

Yea, I used to run b20/vtec setup in my integra and in my experience with building that the sleeves are actually thicker in the b20 than in the b18/b16 blocks. I had several of each and compared them all, then asked my machinist, and he said he has never heard of of encountered any problems pertaining to the sleeves in a b20 block....I think all the shit is just a nasty rumor that keeps people from getting a good bottom end honestly.... But he also said that if your making enough power, yea your gonna run into problems, but thats gonna happen with pretty any b series motor.....
