The reason behind this event during deceleration is due to the vacuum created. It's pulling the oil through the valve stem seals/valve guides or rings. And with a clogged PCV the the vacuum will be a much stronger source than if it were functioning properly. Check these thing out before you spend a fortune on a rebuild.
