Alright, so you are reading the intake mani pressure...what if one of the throttle plates isn't opening fully? BTW, what car is this on?

That could be a possibiltie but either way Im making no boost or nothing ...Its on a 92-95 Hatch B16 Turbo ..GReddy kit

Damn dude, I'm really having a hard time thinking about this one. So you say you have assembled kits before, so I assume this isn't your first boosted car...is it unusually loud when it's supposed to be spooling or anything? Maybe your gasket went on the intake side of the head or something? Try a compression check on the cylinders.

Ok if your making 0 boost that is not good, cap off the vacuume line for the guage and just run it like that see if it is there, regardless the turbo should make boost and it should run if you have a vacuume leak, it sounds to me like you might have a mani leak, or a blown coupler, or maybe a bad guage.

Thanks guys...Its just a big headache fo rme. Yeah Ive done 2 kits and like 20 motor swaps. It doesnt even realy make much spooling noise...But I have a huge ass downpipe leak so i cant hear shit anyways lol ...I dunno Im gonna try a preasure test tomrrow and go from there

if you have a filter on the car it will not spool all that loud on that small turbo

check your timing belt, my friends talon skipped two teeth on the intake cam and he couldnt boost past 10psi, after we fixed it boost went srtight to 20psi.
