Black or gray. Brake calipers are not fashion accessories.
Although I will say that red caliper paint that has turned brown from heat (EVO...) is a badge of honor.

How about thermal dispersant coating, which is a gloss black, for the ultimate in uebersport. It's also oil-shedding so they stay nice and clean.

They're already fucking painted and I hate it. I didn't do it. Im not a caliper painter. I think its dumb.
Im just looking for options to fix the current horrible look. If I wanted color advice, I'd ask on... somewhere else.
