Thanks for the answers guys! Well I did the strip test on the fluid and it turned very purple instantly, so there's definitely water in the fluid. Then I looked at the driver's side wheel and there's liquid leaking out. I melted the boot on the brake caliper piston.. FML. Funny thing was I had full pressure on the drive back to the house. I guess I was really heating things up during my drive.

I am going to give Super Blue a try and see if it holds up. I really don't expect it to boil on the street.. at least when it is new

Sounds like you need some better brakes. If you're building up that much heat, your brakes are undersized. You really shouldn't be driving that hard on the street anyway, but that's a different topic.
