Bingo! Thats your problem...Your o2 sensor is starting to take a shit on you. I bet the CEL has been sporadic for the past months. Just replace it and you should be gold

Also, if you don't get the car tuned it will more than likely ruin another sensor.

UPDATE:
I did replace the O2 sensor, but did nothing. It ended up being my missing link. I took it off and it runs fine. Also did a compression test on all 4 cylinders, 145 across the board. Still runs like a champ.
