THEN when thats not it, pay again to have someone that knows what they are doing diagnose it. sometimes, being cheap doesnt pay off. in fact, almost every time it doesnt.

#1: please type/speak english when trying to explain techinal terms and phrases, its just makes it that much harder to read and understand what is going on when you type jibberish.

#2: diagnose a problem before replacing a part. it will save you lots of money in the end

check to make sure that nothing is lodged between your new lightweight flywheel and the inside of your transmissions bell housing. a improperly tightened flywheel bolt will sheer off and lodge it self between the flywheel and the housing. this will cause your engine to suddenly stop. ask me how i know....

yo your problem sounds like it is you battery ground find it, and make sure it is grounded properly. i had the same problem outside of waffle house, i disconnected the ground cleaned it up and started my car. if this doesnt work take it to a shop.

Check your battery terminals... see if they are tight and properly connected. Also this could be the most retarded reason why it doesn't work, but find your starter. Check to see if any type of connection to the starter has come even SLIGHTLY loose.
