Default clutch problems?

So my accord is having problems. when i come to a stop and i have my foot on the clutch sometimes it will stick to the ground and the car will start pulling forward. I will pull it out of gear and at that point it wont go back into gear, but the clutch pedal will still be on the ground. To temprary fix the problem all i do is pull the clutch pedal back up with my hand.

its a 91 accord with a 97 F20B and H22 transmission.
any help will be much appreciated. if you need and more info just ask. thanks

So I'm assuming that you have a hydraulic clutch throwout even though it's in a 91? Or did you do a cable conversion?

Bleed it and and check for leaks. Id say its a pretty safe bet you're gonna have to replace the master and slave cylinder though.

had the same issue in my prelude. it was the master cylinder. replace both the master and slave and you should be golden
