I can disconnect the slave cylinder, but what do you mean by actuate? I can wiggle the fork around, and if I pull the pin out, I can move it around.

I've tried doing that also, but it's not that big of a hole, and I have some fat fingers. Another possibility would be maybe the fingers are messed up?

I am pretty sure he doesn't mean to shove you hand in the fork hole hahahahaha.

I think he is saying to pull the fork to see if will move the bearing into the pressure plate. ( disengaging the clutch )

Well on the transmission, there is a hole to where you can see the fork and move it around if that makes sense. And I've tried pulling and pushing it with a breaker bar, and couldn't get anything.

Odd question that I have not seen asked yet.

Are you 100% sure the clutch kit (clutch + pressure plate + throwout bearing) is for your engine??????

Just thinking out loud.

Or it could be due to a internally leaking clutch master cylinder...

THIS. Garrett, Im starting to wonder if the clutch kits you have been getting are correct. Im pretty positive, after looking at it as I have, and looking online, that the throwout bearing itself isnt retaining itself in the pressure plate. Once that throwout bearing is fully engaged, it is extremely difficult/impossible to remove it from the pressure plate without the aid of a tool. Either way, the pressure plate helps to provide some tension for the clutch itself, as the fork actually pulls the pressure plate away from the clutch disc(pull type). Next time your in town and I have a free moment, Ill come by and look at it again.

Yeah, I was starting to debate this, but I bought from Exedy, I can recheck over all of it. The only thing I could think of was that the transmission was changed. But still I'm pretty sure I have the female axles. Therefore meaning I have an 02-05 Transmission. All clutches are interchangeable between 02-05 (I believe).
