Crome Tuners, check out my bin file. d16z6, 240's, t3/t4
The motor is bone stock with under 70,000 miles.
d16z6
t3/t4 .48.60
240cc
stock fuel pump
aem fpr
adj. cam gear
stock 1.7 map sensor with missing link (most likely upgrade to a 2bar map)
I used a p30 map, added in the p28 fuel maps. Added Boost Tools, Launch Control.
The boost controller is set at 10psi. The car never detonated and never built up with fuel when I ran a cheap ebay skunk2 chip. Actually ran really good for a base tune. So in creating this bin I pretty much followed the skunk2 maps and added in the boost tools.
I'm just curious if there is anything in the map I should look for, retard the ignition???
This is a base tune. I have not maxed out the duty cycle of the injectors. I left the fuel psi at 45psi on the program. My AEM FPR is set at stock fuel pressure. I can't remember what my adj. cam gear is set, it's one notch off of tdc but Im not in front of the car and can't remember.
I just helped a buddy with his motor so I don't want to get the two timings off from mine to his. I can check when I get home on my timing marks.

I wouldnt go anymore than 5psi with stock injectors without increasing the fuel pressure and you dont need the missing link with a chipped ecu the stock honda map is good to 11.2 psi. if tuning yourself you really need a wideband o2 also you need to retard the timing for boost and add fuel, you can do them both in the boost tool options. with the map that you have posted your gonna blow your motor for sure

yeah i dont see how your maps are doing anything with a missing link in there?????? thats like pulling the jelly out to put on the bread, and wiping the jelly on the floor. lol

hahahah very true, after thinking about it I have no idea why the missing link is on there. I received this setup from a friend and thought I wouldn't need it with a chipped ecu.

yeah man, thats what the map sensor does, reads boost, and when it reads it, it sends in what you ave programmed, If you have a missing link, I dont see how its sending in any extra fuel or retarding timing for each PSI of boost. better get rid of that shit !!

Yeah I will take it off tonight. The previous owner put everything together, I actually just got the motor home in the garage last night. I drove his car while the motor was in it and did not see any problems. But I thought why is he running a missing link.

yeah, you should see a diff in power even iwth the base map, once u take that missing link off.
