What ever motor you are going to turbo you should aways resleeve the block if you want it to run right

i have haerd of people turboing ls/vtecs pushing 15lbs without any problems at all and it running just fine

B20's do you weaker sleeves in them. It is best to resleeve the block or post the block with a kit made by endyne.
