You must have missed it somehwere. Everything that you've replaced or left to do would control front and rear. Unless for some godly reason the turn signal switch isn't sending power to the front.

try to replace the actual toggle/switch on the steering column, my friends car had a similar problem

This is why you just dont buy broke ass shit. For instance this car will not pass inspection therefor ...................NO BUY.
You really need to dig deep now to find the issue, bad ground or something.

If that circuit has no power, why did you replace everything on that entire circuit? Track toward the source of power (the battery) until you find out where you have power again.
