Default Engine running rich

1995 civic ex i know it doesnt have a o2 censor wehn you hit the gas it boggs down and you get a strong smell of gasoline im guessing it is doin this cuz the o2 censor is missing??

The engine is running rich. Could this be caused from having no O2 censor??

also check map sensor to make sure its hooked up, just check general vaccuum lines to make sure they are attached to something "unmetered" air could cause a rich situation as well. But yeah why no o2

the dude bought a new manifold and he broke it trying to get it out of the old manifold or somin like that

Yeah ummmmmmmmm...... Neither one is good. You could a: run rich and wash out your rings which would then cause fuel to get into your oil. Then when the plug fired it would cause all the fuel to spark and blow the piss out of your motor! or b: run lean and fuck yo shit up son!

Niether one is good, get your shit right. I run no o2 but my ecu is set up for it.
