Well ordered an engine f20b-97-2001-0bd2.

Looking to get all the nessacry parts to get it running ASAP. Not sure what I will need.

I'm hoping my f22b2 5 speed trans will bolt up.

Any good advise would be great.

This is my first swap. Hit me up cake on deck.

use your f22 intake manifold. you will have to mod you header(the f20b and f22 headers have different clearance but do bolt up). your trans will also work fine. save ghe money and buy a h22(and everything works the same way....what kinda cake we talking? german chocolate?red velvet.lol gl getting your car up and going(i would NOT trust a engine i got for a pair of i phones tho so be carefull)

I agree. You should have bought a H22.

is the F20b internal coil or external coil like the stock engine? if it is internal coil you will need to use google to find the wiring information to do the conversion.

I do believe f20b is internal coil.. Now back to the cakes.. I've got cash. And no I purchased the engine from, Naganousa a Jdm/ebay dealer located here in va.

B16ef, u said I'll need to mod my stock header. Bore the holes or trim bracket.

Wright--- I found a few conversion harness's ecu, injectors, and dizzy adapters by rywire. Thanks though

B16 y use my f22 manifold and not the f20b mani..

alot of the times with the f20 swap they do not include the bottom section of the h22 or f20 header(idk why but my buddy has bought 3 of them all same way). the f series header will work but it may hit the bottom of the block(possibly. it may have been hittin the oil pan too) and also make sure not to rev this engine to far(my boy has bought 3 of them for a reason)

lol....i would have thought. one snapped a rocker arm and thrashed everything in the head(at 7000rpm) and the second dropped 2 valves and melted a piston taking it to 8400rpm. i was just implying that if the ^^ dude was gonna rag on the f20 no to take it to far(if he is crazy and doesnt set a rev limiter)
