Get familiar with the wiring at the relay and what wire feeds the hot wire for the pump. Next time is doesn't prime, see if the hot wire lead is energized: That is half of the closed circuit, the half being the ground you need. It may also be a grounding problem...or a pump failure or choice D: ALL THE ABOVE.
