yea pretty much what they said. i just sent off my manifold, downpipe, and dumptube to get thermal coated today to help with heatsoak issues im having. the companies name is thermal tech coatings (http://www.thermaltechcoatings.com). they have pretty good pricing. but turn around time is around 2-2 1/2 weeks, so it depends on how long you can have downtime.

Thanks man.

My kit isn't on my car, and I don't think it will ever be on, haha. So no downtime for me.

Also, if you wouldn't mind, could you PM me and let me know what you paid. I really wouldn't like to bother them just for researching purposes.

well i havent gotten the bill yet. but he gave me his pricing before i sent it out. this is the email i got back from him when i inquired:

The downpipe will run $15 per foot of pipe. Your header should run
around $125. The cleaning charge for the whole order should be $30.
There are two main finishes that we offer in the exhaust coating- a
bright, polished silver and a satin black. However, for turbo
applications we strongly recommend the black. The silver coating is
rated up to approximately 1300 degrees, and turbocharged motors
regularly see exhaust temperatures in excess of 1500. The satin black
was specifically designed for extreme exhaust temperatures, and is good
to over 2000 degrees. Both coatings give approximately the same amount
of thermal barrier, around 25-30%. While we have done turbo exhausts in
the polished silver coating in the past that have held up well, we can
not give any guarantee unless the black is used.

If you'd like to send your parts to us, just be sure to include a note
in the box that has your name, address, telephone number, and which
coating you would like. We'll give you a call when everything is
finished, and can do a credit card payment over the phone at that time.
Our current turn-around time is approximately 2- 2 1/2 weeks.

Thanks,

Thermal Tech Coatings
