GSR not starting
OK this what happened, i was cruising then eventually i lost throttle, so i pull over then the car died out. i tried to start it, but it wouldn't start at all. t'll now is not starting. i checked for the fuel im getting fuel. but is not spittin to the ejectors, plus im not getting spark at all. i checked relay, swapping distributer, even computer, checked with all the fuses,ground, main relay everything else is good, still not starting. what would be the problem ?

The bottom end will spin, however if you have a broken timing belt. The top end will not spin, thus the distributors cam sensor, thinking the motor still isn't doing shit. Pull the upper timing cover off to just double check, that the timing belt is still intact.

Might be a problem with power or ground to the ECU. You can completely unplug the ECU and the engine will still crank but won't run (obviously). So no CELs? I don't understand the ECU having power and working fine, but not firing spark or injectors and not throwing any CELs. If the ECU has power it should turn the fuel pump relay on, so if you've swapped out for a different ECU than you should be fine if the fuel pump is turning on. Look at the power circuit for the ignition and see if it also controls the injectors; if neither have power than the ECU can turn them on but they won't activate obviously.
