I took my Gsr transmission to a guy to Put 3rd n 4th gear synchros in it and since then it was there he installed my Gsr and took my clutch off,of my ls. I got it back now it refuses to go in first and second and weather the car is running Or off and in gear u Have to yank it out if gear. coming to a stop light it wont downshift into first Or second then once you are stopped you Have to push clutch 3 Or 4 times and it goes in smooth I replaced Master cyclinder ann slave in bleed the both of them, then When Its cold out it will grind alil in 2nd and 3rd and i know Its not synchros because i replaced 3rd and forth and i used carbón coated as soon as car warms up and Drives awhile grinding goes away When u shift But still hard to get in gear still gota pump clutch a few times doesnt lose presure any ideas anyone? my old synchros didnt look bad When they were removed

Stopped reading after the first couple of words since you made a cluster fuck of words. Might want to form complete sentences and proper words so people can actually understand your problem.

If you have to pump it a couple times, then you aren't building enough pressure. You need to bleed the lines better or you have a faulty master or slave cylinder. Since you've replaced both parts you probably didn't bleed thoroughly. Only other option is that your mechanic didn't do something right inside the tranny, but given the fact that it works when you pump the clutch, it is more than likely a hydraulic issue.

Which flywheel was used? It sounds like you've got a GSR swap but the used LS clutch was installed on it, so was the LS flywheel installed along with it? I know the flywheels are interchangeable but a used clutch won't necessarily work well on a flywheel that was worn with a different clutch.
The fact that it works when your pump it is an obvious clue that something is wrong with the hydraulics though.
