You are basically listing bolt on's for a USDM motor, you aren't going to net a whole lot from those, especially without a tune.

Obviously any upgrades will put you closer to that "realm" you are looking for, but they're an all motor cam. You don't have the compression ratio to warrant/utilize such a cam.

OBD2 may have some tuning options, I personally don't know what they are. I tune Crome myself on my OBD1 JDM H22A.
I'll tell you OBD1 has alot more options, and is easier to tune IMO.

I'm not saying you can't use the cams, I'm just saying to use them, your tune would be based around you using those cam's, and you'd be paying good money for that tune, only to void everything when you boost it.

If you want to boost it, go that route. Don't waste your time or money on a temporary all motor setup unless you are going to keep it that way for a decent amount of time.

Sponsor section should list some reputable tuner's out that way, I could only reference people in the Hampton Roads area.

i really appreciate that break down and it makes complete sense. i want to boost the car asap. only thing is the more reseach i do the more money its gonna cost to build a somewhat reliable build, sleeved block, forged internals, odb1 conversion, tune, upgraded fuel system, turbo kit, thats alot of money, so unless i win the lottery, most likely i will have to spend time and money to buy things piece by piece, i thought at first i could buy a decent turbo kit and run it with out all the extra stuff on a low boost while i get all the upgrade stuff together. but that doesnt seem to be a smart choice. so yeah i do want to run an all motor setup for a good while probably 6mths to 1 year. so in this case do you think every thing would be cool with these cams? also just an estimate, what do you think the hp will be with the setup i have now. im just curious, thanks again. this is all helpful as i am new to the honda scene and would like to learn as much from anyone that has info

The h22a4's dyno about 160whp, with a drivetrain loss of lets say 15%, that total comes out to 190hp.

Add 5 or 10 tops with no tune from just bolt on's.

You can use the cam's, but you'd need a tune to run them, so that puts you converting to OBD1, OBD1 ECU thats chipped, and obv a tune.

If I were you, I'd just sell the cams, and save my money til I was ready for boost.
