you need a compressor too. mac and snap on sells them. they are less than 100

i think you're in over your head here.
you need to do this with someone familiar with B motors. it will help immensely.
Get a helms manual
and start tearing down.
first pull the head.
then pull the oil pan, pickup, and windage tray
then pull all 4 rods/pistons out.

dont buy parts till you figure out whats wrong. then decide if the motor is still even usable.
