then your idle issue cant be solved through the ECU plug. try adjusting the idle screw on the throttle body. if that doesnt work, clean your IACV. its attached to the back of the intake manifold. if you cant find the IACV, theres an awesome tutorial on how to do it on team-integra.

So where on the tb is the idol screw? And what does it look like?

It will idle around 1000-1500 at start up when it is warming up, but when its reaches its the operating temps it will drop down to 700-800.

dont remember exactly what the screw looks like on the 95, but if i remember correctly.

Right above the throttle body thres a gold big screw. You want to use the correct screw driver to adjust it, like one close to the exact size or else you will strip this screw and never be able to adjust it.

i believe your going to want to turn the screw to the left to idle higher, right to lower it.

The car is shaking because you have a bad motor mount i'd be willing to guess, raising the idle is just going to bandaide the situation. My guess is the front or the rear mount is shot.

well check which ones are dead, oem mounts are usually fine, if you want to stiffen them up get inserts but then your car will shake no matter what your idle is.
