I know when I work at a hyundai dealer we could get the scan tool and change the lock modes on the car. it had options like unlock driver door, driver and pass, all doors, no doors. you could make it not lock at all when you started the car. I cant remember all the options. only a few of the models could be changed, but your might be able to change yours. I dont know if honda or any other companies did it. call the dealer and ask....

Check page 81-85 of the owners manual(if you have it) itll tell you how to program your door locks
