I think he was talkn to me, i already have a JDM h22a in my prelude with the 10.6 CR, so i think he was saying its not worth it for me to open the bottem of a perfectly good engine for a .5 compression ratio. I'm thinking about thinning out the OEM gasket.

you have to sleeve a h22 block if you get anything other then stock pistons.... Forged pistons would eat it.

i think he meant pistons. and yes, the type s is rated 220 PS! not hp. that translates to 217hp. =]

It all depends on what you want to do. If you want to go N/A then its good. I wouldnt recommend it though if you were going to boost the engine at all.
