Im sorry if you feel I came across that way. I simply meant that there are no obvious solutions. Many of you talk as if I may have installed my turbo backwards or have my wastegate upside down... I know for a fact that I have installed everything correctly. All that I am looking for are opinions on what parts have the highest chance of not functioning properly based on the information I have provided. Again, thanks to everyone for the answers so far.

Yes, I do have a fire ring. However I do have a rigged gasket in there. Off some type of carb or something that rpm set me up with. I actually just ordered a new wastegate.

I am however wondering if my problem may be being caused by my bov. It is an inlinepro type s i believe. BUT SINCE I GOT IT I HAVE NOT TRIED TO ADJUST IT IN ANYWAY. It will blow off in 2nd-5th gear. What should I look for in it working correctly? thank you

My car is basemapped but still untuned because when i went to get it tuned it wouldnt build boost.

It will build to 2-3 psi near WOT except for in 1st it doesnt want to seem to build at all. I just had compression checked and all cylinders were 140-150. and they said my timing was perfect. Ive checked for leaks in ic lines several times and cant find ANY. Ive also used a air compressor and checked wastegate actuator and it opens at 10psi as it should.

SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP ME both the wastegate and bov were bought used.

COULD my boost gauge be reading wrong i have it spliced into fpr

I FORGOT TO PUT THAT MY BOOST GAUGE READS IM IDLING AROUND 15 INHG. As opposed to 21 inHG where i am told it should be.
OP, pull your compressor cover off, and see if you have an o-ring present. I'm not entirely sure if the JDM Sport units have them, as I am unfamiliar with them. I had a similar case with my Borg Warner 57 trim some years back, where I was losing pressure, due to the damaged o-ring not sealing. I used RTV sealant to help seal the housing along with the o-ring. Worked like a charm. Make sure you have it clocked the way you want it however, before installing.

Not stating that is your problem, but it's worth a try.
