How much camber you running on your wheels? You appear to be pretty low. Could this fucks up your brakes? Only viable option now though is to kill it with fire.

it was never wrecked; it just started one day on the way home from work. shit, i was driving this car from hampton to the beach everyday with no issues till this happened... then it just started pulling slightly to that side and got very hot, took it home to find out that the brake was dragging

Hmm, this is mind-boggling.

Can you swap pads and rotors from L to R?

See if its the pad/rotor combo or the system, and check to make sure the bracket isn't bent, and slides freely.

^^ or make sure you have the correct pads? Could they be too thick?

pads have been replaced along with rotor twice and the caliper. why would the bracket just bend out of nowhere?

the bracket has no slides on it; it's solid.

both sides are dragging now for some reason.

I think a 12mm ratchet wrench with a angeled head will fix it.
