was the car ever wrecked??like the spindle being bent just a hair and the caliper and rotor is not perfectly lined up???

How much camber you running on your wheels? You appear to be pretty low. Could this fucks up your brakes? Only viable option now though is to kill it with fire.

Hmm, this is mind-boggling.
Can you swap pads and rotors from L to R?
See if its the pad/rotor combo or the system, and check to make sure the bracket isn't bent, and slides freely.
