Aside from some minor differences, an LS block and a B20 are pretty much the same thing. The reliability is going to be the same, but might be slightly different if you're going to add a turbo setup. There's a ton of info out there on both swaps, so it would be good to start reading..

Then if it still has the factory HF manifold get a turbo adapter for it....
