all i did was take the dizzy apart and mess with the computer chip. but have bought both brand new now

There is ZERO reason for you to loose compression across the board for changing the distributor. Check the timing belt.

Where in chesapeake are you located? How much you willing to pay?

Umm - it could be 39485793475 things. $100 will get me to drive down there and tell you whats wrong with it. Gladly fix it provided its easy, anything more than plug it in will cost.

The only way for you to get 0 compression on all cylinders is to either A.) have the valves bent/not closing, (snapped timing belt or HORRIBLE timing job), b.) your pistons/rings are completely fubar. C.) You're operating the compression gauge incorrectly.
