This would make a vacuum leak... You mean where the EVAP purge valve used to sit there is a hole? Definitely plug this up... use rubber plugs or metal freeze plugs w some goop on them...

Edit: Which ECU??

It is, but id like to get the engine running right and im thinking about just fixing it. Havent made up my mind yet.

yes and and where the canister direcly plugged into the TB.
