i IS a P72. and before when I was having the peoblem, the IAB was gone and there was no CEL. Now the plugs for the MAP and TPS are in the wrong place and the CEL is on, but the problem is gone.

I followed it to the T. and when everything was hooked up, minus the IAB, there was NO CEL and it was cuting out on me. So now ive put the Map plug on the TPS and the TPS plug on the MAP and now it runs fine but with a CEL. andddd idle is a bit high, like 2K but that was a cold start I havent let her warm up yet.

So I just reset the ECU by removing the battery terminals for 10 seconds, ran the codes and the CEL is flashing 6 times.....over and over again... But that makes no sence cause thats the coolant temp.....I just replaced that sensor and I have pleanty of coolant in the car.

More news. I pullled out my ECU cause the previous owner said it was tuned. It has a sticker on the back that sayd "PYR-RACING.COM" p28-->p72. The ECU case is deff a P72. The chip on the inside of the ECU says PYRx on a gold label.............

So turns out the Map and TPS were in the wrong place, giving me no cel. I put them in the proper place, and I have a cel. Turns out the wires pulled out of the plus at the ECL. Solder on a new plug.NO CEL NO PROBLEMS! thanks everyone for helping me out.

It's not tuned unless it's been put on a dyno. Just sticking some chip in it with a tune from another car doesn't make your car "tuned".

I know that But the guy I got the car from said the ECU had been "Tuned" I intend to switch to Hondata and put her on a dyno and do it right. After my engine mods are finished.
