i'm looking at either oil pressure or wiring as the culprit. try running it with the VTEC solenoid disconnected. if there is no change than that may be the issue.

Tested the solinoid it is good!!! Next im goin to check the pressure in the head. If thats not it im goin to rewire it if anyone know of a h22 into eg harnest or the best place to get one lmk!!!
