Which bolts are you talking about? The usuals are the rear lca to strut bolt. if these break you have 2 options.

1) - Cut the bolt on both sides of the lca(between the strut and bushing)
-Remove lca from car and get the bushing pressed out and replaced.

or

2) Get some blingin aftermarket lca's
(or a used OEM set if you're too cool for bling, if that's possible haha)

or drill out the broke bolt and put a nut and bolt in its place....

You wouldn't need a spring compressor if you got coilovers.
