OP youll never get a straight answer from anybody here because most of them are all dickheads and have no life. all they want to do is troll people to make themselves feel better. for futher references, go to a different site like honda-tech, club integra, etc. those guys are more helpful then these dumbass but to answer you question going off what you've asked, get some forged pistons, low comp, and youll be fine for boost. but ive also heard/seen high compression turbo builds. ultimately up to you.

if you go turbo go low compression - it'll last longer
for NA go higher compression - it'll make more power
