IM still confused as to why hes building a LS/VTEC? why are we talking about a b16 block?
anyway
i currently have
81mm LS block
balanced LS crank
shot peened LS rods with ARP rod bolts
RS machine CTR "style" high comp pistons
full skunk2 (internals) GSR head (port, polish)
stock .026 HG
pro2's
tuned on crome by ernie. Hes a backyard mechanic to the 10th power. some know him.
14.0+ CR making 230 est.whp.
Regular compression testers don't guage up high enough. i need a diesel compression tester for the numbers im looking at.
just saying.
No dyno sheets, but when i get some i will post them up. i promise.
-said motor in a eg sedan with full interior (all motor) beat a 08 CBR600RR with 200lb rider, and k20R EM1 with 200lb driver (EM1 puts down 230-250 i cant remember exact numbers off top of my head)
