I don't think your exhaust is doing it. It could be something in your Hondata S300 that you missed. What injectors are in there ? what turbo is this ? Garret ,Ebay ?

Are you missing the fire ring in your wastegate?? This really sounds like a wastegate issue to me. Can you feel exhaust out of the dumptube at idle?

is your wastegate stuck open or cracked? try a different one from someone else's car

Had the test pipe made yesterday but working late put the repair on hold until today. after pulling the exhaust and "gutted" cat off, I see it wasn't really gutted at all. I feel like such a chode for taking his word. Not that i looked at it as free upgrade, but at least thought I knew where it stands. After the test pull on open Downpipe realized it was causing everything when boost instantly went to about 10lbs before i let off for caution. Now to the Tuner in 2 weeks for 14lbs!
