Have you swapped out with a good ECU yet. Try that or reset the one you have by removing power for a while. I do it for at least 10-15 min.

You can still reset the ECU with Hondata, there is RAM in the ECU that stores a bunch of stuff and it will reset if you remove power..

yeah but i tried that and nothing the check engine light goes off but the speedometer still doesnt work
