motor swap
i got a 1997 honda civic hx that was auto i have change evrything out and have motor in car rear mount i got works driver mount works torque mounts work but the trans mounting bracket is set like a inch to far back what do i need to do i got all mounts for a 1999 honda civic si

Correct me if I am wrong, but I thought that if going from an auto to manual you need to by the auto to manual trans mount from Hasport. This is the passenger side mount not the rear transmission mount.

Im pretty sure that is only for Eg civics, I believe on Eks the only thing that you need is the actual bracket that goes onto the transmission, not the mount, just the bracket that bolts to the top of the tranny.

Looking on Hasports site you are right. I thought that the EK's would be the same.

fig it out if you got a ek that was auto and u go to manual u have to either move the rubber mount back by cutting and welding or make a custom bracket on trans
