ok here is a update i got fire now it attempts to start and doesn't i have fuel and the ecu isnt showing any codes. any suggestions

ok here is the story again, I have 91 civic dx and i am swaping in a jdm d15b i am running obd0 injector resistor box and si dizzy. I have checked timing and its dead on. I am getting spark in all cyc. I am getting fuel in all cyc. and it sometimes it tries to start and just doesn't. If anyone can help with my problem please let me know.
