Get a new flywheel. Unless it's a very minor groove, it's probably not going to be able to be resurfaced. Resurfacing is meant to cut a fresh and true friction surface, not remove major surface defects.
And get something that isn't a stage 4 clutch; there is no need for that on a LS/VTEC setup making sub-200 HP. Don't be one of those people who get unsprung 4- or 6-puck clutches for their non-turbo 1.8L street car. I've stopped trying to figure out why people do things like that.
