Check that the sensors you mentioned are getting power from the ECU. You've done an engine swap, and if its like many swapped cars the harness will have been damaged from lack of proper care during the swap process.

You should probably take it to a shop though. It doesn't sound like you've checked the obvious things yet, which means that this isn't going to be solved over the internet and needs qualified outside help.
