That says you have a P28. The 12 position single row connection strip in the upper right of that picture is where the knock sensor board would connect if it was a P30.

Checked my map sensor for cracks, no cracks. Checked my vacuum lines, all two of them, they seemed in good condition. The previous owner capped off the pcv, so I dont have many vacuum lines. and no burnt components on the ecu, so im at a stand-still again til my friend can look at it tomorrow and see if he can figure it out...

However I am glad I found out what kind of ecu I have

Stupid question, but didnt see it posted, did you check the main relay? Is it clicking when you turn on the car?

No i havnt checked the main relay. the car will turn over if I give it gas, but shuts right off. I can keep it running if I keep giving it alittle gas, but sputters really bad. So I just let it shut off.

I am located in Virginia Beach...

That's not actually possible. Unless you had an injector leaking very badly and the pressure was turned up pretty high on the FPR. Technically that could cause fuel to puddle in the manifold but it would have to leaking CONSIDERABLY. This is since the FPR is mounted on the fuel rail. Was the vacuum light connected to the AEM FPR? If it wasn't them it was acting as if it was at full throttle all the time.
