I had this problem in both my hondas after installing cd players, turns out it was one of the fuses in the fuse box under the hood, not the big ones but the smaller ones, im almost certain this is your problem.

connect the yellow wire to anything that is 12+ when the key is off, connect the red wire to anything that is 12+ only while the key is in accessory or ignition postitions.
