Re: o2 sensor
If you got a heater element code it's because the heater element isnt working. (which is odd since it's a new sensor) It sounds like you have a wiring problem.
How many wires does your bosch sensor have? (i'm guessing 4)
My car has two o2 sensors, one before the cat to adjust fuel trims, and one after the cat to make sure my emissions equipment is working. Since i'm catless I needed to simulate both the 02, and the heater element to get rid of my check engine light.
I bought my simulators for Baker Electonix. They have a nice chart with wire color descriptions for various cars. This may help you: http://mysite.verizon.net/vze7erz1/id13.html
Good luck.
p.s. If your car only has one o2 sensor do not simulate it. It will mess up your fueling. (i know nothing about hondas)

Re: o2 sensor
I have the EXACT same problem right now, I am using a bosch universal o2, and I am also throwing a code 41 for the same problem. I checked the wires, and they are just fine. I reset the ecu, but still no luck. This kinda sucks because an o2 sensor is like 75 bucks for the cheap one (the bosch). I am tryin to fix this, if you figure out to get rid of it tell me please...
Thanks,
Thanks,
